I close the door in his face and walk back in my house. He comes knocking again, I do the same. He starts mouthing off at my family, it's not going to be pretty, he won't be able to mouth off without a jaw (seriously, you DO NOT want to know what I do to people who mess with my family).

And the moment he lays a hand on me, I choke his ass out. He looks like he weighs a buck fifty. I am a hell of a lot stronger than him, and seeing his pathetic efforts in the video, he isn't doing anything to me. But he lays a finger on me, that makes it legal and provoked. He mouths off at the family, he won't even get that curtosy.

The guy at the house is amazing. What's hilarious is that when the punk shoves him, it's the punk who ends up stumbling. Obviously this is a clear mismatch.

Frankly, I doubt I'd last that long. If he's hostile and getting right in my personal space (nose to nose), the moment he touches me I'll start.

Apparently him and his "crew" had been terrorising the guy and his family for 22 months before that video.

I live in an apartment building. Among my neighbors are a Hells Angels member, several navy officers and a number of fairly large dogs. I close the door and leave Mr. Thug to his own devices.

Last time somebody came messing about at my door (attempting Breaking & Entry while I was home) I was about to go out and confront him, but he cleared the corridor before I could catch him in the act. Which was probably for the best. My then girlfriend is a former law student and she informed me that if I had butted heads with the guy, I would have gotten into a whole heap of trouble since I had no proof of his burglary attempt.



On a side note: I couldn't make out a word they were saying. The sound quality is horrendous and I had to turn up my speakers. Which coincidently caused my speakers to nearly blow up when the neighbor started screaming at 1:50.

I'm a bit surprised at the carelessness of this war vet. Admitted, the 'thug' is a miserable joke whom my grandmother could handle. But he could just as well have been someone fairly capable of causing harm... or someone armed for that matter. Allowing an aggressor, no matter how pathetic, to stay in your personal space for that long and keep touching you for that long is pretty mind boggling. O_O

I wouldn't care particularly much about what insults he would throw my way, but the second time he touched me he would be eating marble. Actually, I don't think I would even allow him that close in the first place.

Maybe so, but I don't believe one should take chances with jackasses like that. There are some pretty small things that can be pretty darned dangerous in close, that aren't that slow to pull.

I don't know exactly what led up to this but, the very few times as an adult that I've ever been in a situation like that, I started getting real aggressive. I probably couldn't have stood there calmly like that guy did. I probably would have started speaking loudly or yelling in a 'command voice' and moving towards him. I love how all it took was one punch (and it didn't even look like much of a punch) and the guy did indeed show himself to be a total pussy and start crawling away.

I noticed he had a good self-defense stance when it came to an actual exchange. He stood in a non-defensive stance only when the punk was clearly too close and just posturing.

Do you know more? Harassing the family in what way? The same hot air we saw in the video?
