Well, the vampires are useless.

The high-end Charmed demons can do it though. 'specially given that this include "I laugh at your retconning of time and space to kill me" Cole.

...Why? Alessa/God is more powerful than him(given that it took him over a decade to prepare the fourth game), and SH 4 wasn't even in Silent Hill.

Beside, he still can't do anything to the high-end Charmed demons.

1. He's from Silent Hill and several of the people he killed were right at the edge of the town.
2. She wasn't God per se. There are multiple beings referred to as "God" in Silent Hill. For instance Walter was going to make Room 302 the host of God too.
3. Considering his power to suck anybody he wants to into his world where he has absolute control, Walter is easily one of the strongest beings in any SH game.

But his endgame (You know, the only time where he actually had significant supernatural powers) was out of town.

Yeah, I know. But Walter's summon had a name. The other thing was just called God AFAIK, so I can't really refer to it otherwise.

His 'absolute control' didn't exactly help him against one guy who had no powers whatsoever aside from a bunch of lances that could disrupt his ritual, so...it's really not gonna help here.
