I think it is Lady Deathstrike, not Lady Deathstroke.

And Wolverine alone should be enough to take Shiva out due to his skills, strength, endurance, healing factor, adamantium skeleton and claws

Either of these one on one match ups would be good, but when it's two on one, I think the "claws and healing factor" team wins pretty handily.

They're all highly skilled opponents. But Wolverine and LD have the clear edge in durability with their adamantium skeletons and healing factors. And the adamantium skeleton works best against someone who is using strikes as their main method of attack, as opposed to blades, etc. (though it's great there, too.)

Both Wolverine and LD can end the fight in one hit, due to their claws. And fighting against two opponents is harder than simply adding up the difficulty of fighting either one on their own; Shiva will continuously be on the defensive. The longer it takes, the worse she'll fare.

Shiva has the body reading, but I don't think it's enough in this scenario. My two cents.

Shiva couldn't do anything to Wolverine and eventually, Wolverine would get a, at minimum, lucky punch that would kill her.

Given his adamantium skeleton, healing factor, his own formidable abilities and mental toughness, Shiva wouldn't be able to do anything to him that is physically damaging.
