The most disturbing anime may be "Papa to KISS in the dark."

Papa to Kiss in the Dark

Plot Summary: Munakata Mira is in love with his father, famous Hollywood actor Munakata Kyousuke. Unknown to the public, both of them are father and son as well as lovers. When Mira turns 15 and enters high school, he faces trouble with his childhood friend falling in love with him. Also, the fact that Kyousuke is not his biological father only depresses him further. Then there is also the problem of Kyousuke probably marrying Mira's senior's mother, whose son seems to have an interest in Mira.

The anime starts off with a teenage boy waking up to his father performing oral sex on him, before he runs off to school. You get flashback scenes later on, of them in the bath together when he was a very young boy.

The boy gets worried because he suspects that his father may not really be his father and that would be terrible because he thinks incest is hot. It has a "happy ending" in the end, because it turns out that although his Papa is not really his father, he is the boy's uncle

I have never watched it, but reading the summary and reviews sure disturbs the hell out of me. That's why I wouldn't still want to watch it. I'm not a big fan of homosexual incest at all.

The name creeped me out before I even read the summary.

Stelok - Yeah, you win. That's probably as bad as it gets.

The only thing that I've ever personally watched that was anywhere remotely near that bad was a love triangle in Mai Otome... that included an adult man and a young teenage girl that he had raised as his own daughter. However, they weren't biologically related, IIRC, and no sex was shown on camera (though they may have implied it, IIRC). So... that's a fair bit short of what you mentioned here, but somewhat along the same theme.

I found Perfect Blue to be an excellent psychological thriller. It actually had me thinking for a couple seconds that...

But you know what's really disturbing. Statistically speaking some one must be *cough* enjoying him or herself to it every night. It could be anyone, even your neighbour who seems like such a nice guy.....
