Its a stalemate. The black suit never added anything to Pete's powers. It was a cloth/spandex/what-have-you suit just like the classic red and blue one. If you're talking about the symbiote suit, it might give the win to Black Pete, but all it really did was pump up Pete's adrenaline and provide organic webbing. Then again, Classic Pete could probably utilize the symbiote's weakness for the win.
