One day, the Punisher stumbles upon Basin City, and in an uncharacteristic act of generalization, decides to the whole city of criminals must be punished. Can he do it? He gets 1 year to prepare and familiarize himself with the locale.

Bonus: Rocks fall, and Gotham is annihilated. Batman crawls out from under the ashes, dusts himself off, and spots Sin City. He decides to make it his new gotham. How does he affect the Punisher's actions/Sin City in general?

Bonus 2: Cthulhu awakens and destroys the Movie Watchmen World. Dr. Manhattan is kind enough to teleport Ozymandius, Rorshach, Nite owl, and Silk Spectre to Sin City. Oh, and the Comedian jumps out from behind a curtain he was hiding behind the whole time and also gets teleported. How do they effect Batman/Punisher's plans?
Note: The watchmen also get an hour to go bring things with them. Nite Owl can bring his Owlship, etc, as long as it's with them when they teleport and they designate that they're bringing them with them.

One last try. Personally I think Punisher would do quite well, until he runs into too many enemies.

punisher would drop a nuke on sin city. he's nuked an island full of criminals before...

I think Frank would wreck Sin City. If Wallenquist thought Wallace was a nightmare he hasn't seen anything yet.
