Hi everyone, this is just to get a couple of laughs. It is an example of what Superman would want in a redesigned Fortress of Solitude.

A big fortress made of ice seems pretty awesome, especially on the outside. Well after years of looking at the same old ice walls and sitting on the same old ice couches I'm getting tired of it. I need an interior designer to make things a little more exciting inside my Fortress of Solitude.

Here are a couple things that I would like to include:

A Lot Of Color
I love the color of the Fortress, but looking at the same shade of blue everyday can become boring. I want something new to look at with a lot of bright and vibrant colors. It would be even better if each section or room could have a theme that the other superheroes could enjoy (except for Batman because that room would just be a boring black which would not fit my plan at all).

Feng Shui
I'm starting to hear a lot more about this feng shui everyday. Everyday or so I have to leave my fortress and go fight a bunch of villains in order to save the world and I'm starting to get tired of it. Maybe this feng shui could help stop all of these stupid villains and give me some time to kick back with Lois and Krypto.

New, Strong Furniture
As I said before, the ice furniture I currently have is starting to look bland. The great thing about this furniture is that is would never break. With all of my superhero friends staying the night I am going to need very supportive and comfortable furniture. Steel (because I am the Man of Steel) would probably be the best material to use and then we can add colorful cushions and throw pillows.

These few things are what I want to focus on, but I am open to ideas.

If there is any heavy lifting or are exotic materials needed I will be glad to do the work myself or just fly down to South Africa or Mars to get whatever you need. Price is almost no option.

Lois doesn't want anything too outlandish, but I want something that would have made Jor-El proud.

Somebody needs to make the Thanagarian Snare Beast and Titanic presentable along with the eradicator matrix and Kryptonian Warsuit.

The Kryptonians were never big on interior design. I guess focusing on advancing technology was just more important. Hmm, maybe we should start doing something like that.

For The Man Who Has Everything ... a chaise lounge! Upholstered with the same super-dense material as Superman's cape. Lead-lined backing just in case anybody comes in while he's lounging and throws Kryptonite at him!

The Titanic is in the Fortress of Solitude? Last I saw it (Aquaman Vol. 5 # 36) Debbie Perkins was living there in the North Atlantic, right where Bob Ballard found it a few years back ...
