I like Kelley Jones's Batman with Long ears, blue cowl, yellow oval.Probably one one of the few who dig this Batman.

Black cowl, no oval just big black bat, medium sized ears, cartridges/capsules.
And for the pants to not look like black underwear on the outside. This is for comics. For live action, I prefer what they've done so far in the movies. The gray fabric look doesn't translate well, as Adam West proved.
