It wasn't the best of the 4 issues, but it definitely is building to a great series imo. The characters are all connecting and you just know a tragedy is being set up. I'm extremely curious about this whole Daedalus and minotaur thing that was mentioned. Could that be his lover?

This story is getting more and more tighter plot wise, but hopefully issue #5 will conclude the opening arc on a strong note. If not then it looks like I'll be picking up Daytripper instead of Greek Street come December.

Greek Street #4 was a real good issue and this series cont to progress the story very nicely! There are soo many chars Peter can focus on and even makes wholes arcs for. The three witches panels with Dedalus was great. Can't wait to see what happens with him soon. Also, Eddie's life is still messed up and Lord Menon with Francie Furey stuff was very cool I might add. Oh, poor Danny poor poor Danny haha.

Oh, the cliffhanger was kick ass too. "The Future is here" "Bloody Hell!" "I know. Welcome to Ilium Eddie."

Now that was very cool because Ilium is the Latin name of ancient Troy. Yeah, Greek Street is shaping up to be an awesome series like The Unwritten and Madame Xanadu! I'm loving this book.

I agree, this was definitely the best issue of Greek Street so far, and it intrigued me enough to really be torn as to whether to drop it or keep it. More than likely I'm going to continue to read it because I'm really interested in seeing Eddie and whats her face (forgot her name!) and their pursuit to save detective Dedalus.

Also, JUST now realized, I bet Lord Mennon is going to think Francie Furrey killed his wife and now he'll be out for blood.

I am stoked to see you guys giving the most recent issues some good reviews! I've been trepidatious about reading #4, but now I'm looking forward to it. Very cool. I wanted this series to succeed. :)

I dropped this series after issue #3. it just seemed like a modern version of mythology, too formulaic. Has it changed in recent issues?

I just finished reading #5 (my other post was for #4 err) and loved the issue. First, I thought it ended the first arc well, and leaves a lot of questions still open as well.

Yeah, there was a lot going on, and I am very interested to see what happens next for Sandy and Eddie. Lord Menon might think it was Francie who killed his wife, but who killed Lady Esther? The way the scene looked, I doubt it was Eddie and Sandy who did it. I could be wrong tho

Bring on Greek Street: Cassandra Complex!
