Mihawk has better destructive feats than Stark, can react to and counter Soru-like speed, and has massive projectile attacks in addition to his swordsmanship. If Mihawk gets a hit in, Stark is toast.

Barragan's ability is much cheaper than Magellan's and Barragan can fly, so Barragan wins this, I'd think.

Halibel never really displayed much aside from cutting through ice. Putting Jinbei on a small island means that he could go underwater and start throwing those water spears onto land. (can Shinigami survive underwater? I don't think it's been shown yet) Even if they can, Halibel would probably move at normal speeds and have normal levels of strength, whereas Jinbei would get strength and speed upgrades. I'd think Jinbei would win, due to Kubo not giving Halibel enough to work with.

For Ulquiorra vs. Kuma, couldn't Kuma simply teleport behind Ulquiorra while he's transforming or stopped for some reason and launch him to another country? If not, Ulquiorra has more destructive attacks, but they are also slower and easily reflectable by Kuma's Devil Fruit. (he could deflect energy slashes and fire; he could logically deflect energy beams) It would probably be close in the end, given Ulquiorra's regeneration abilities, but ultimately, I'd think Kuma would win, for having a better defense. Ulquiorra, like most Bleach villains, waits to take attacks head-on rather than dodging, simply to intimidate their opponent, but you can't intimidate a machine.

I'd be much more concerned about every hit from Kuma potentially sending you to another time zone.

Then there is the damage deflection ability, which allows him to simply not care about being damaged much. If he's hurt, he merely removes the damage, preferably into his opponent.

It all depends on whether or not Barragan is affected by poison, in his released mode, IMO. Magellan can IIRC flood the area with poison so Barragan can't escape it, and the guy is pretty slow to begin with.

Kuma's repel fruit is broken. That is all.

Slow? Barragan speedblitzed Soifon in his unreleased form. After that he just took it easy due to him being an arogant jerk.

As for flooding the arena with poison. Barragan's ability to age it hundreds of years in second will nullify that option. And remember that he can fly.

I did say 'in his released mode'. When he was basically a skeleton thingy.

And good point on the poison, though I'm not sure if acid retains it's properties after hundreds of years I doubt it. Yeah, Barragan takes this.
