Who's the most she could affect with her powers, based on feats? Examples from any medium are fine. This is comics Rogue.

Well she has shown she can't absorb the Silver Surfer, has trouble with Loki, Mr Sinister and only manages to semi absorb Juggernauts power. I guess it depends on how deep the well of power is, that she is trying to absorb from

She has also managed to take the power of Thor. It seems to me she can "hold" more than she can "gobble down" if that makes sense.

I remember several cases of her using the powers of multiple powerful people, but if she tries to take in a huge chunk of power all at once, she can choke. Sort of like eating a huge steak. You can consume it in smaller bites, but could never swallow the whole thing in a single chomp.

She can probably take more power if she is allowed to siphon it slowly.

She couldn't take enough from Mephisto to matter. Interestingly enough, she knocked Thor out taking his powers but apparently couldn't mess with the Surfer. But then, that was during an era when Thor was way powered down from his original heights.
