Suffice to say it focuses on Quitely's gift for kinetic action, flow of story throughout each panel, ridiculously creative panel layouts (Cameron calls WE3 an artistic call to arms), his creativity (most recently I think his combination of sound effects and visual effects), his economy of storytelling, his attention to detail...

Basically, it was a much better written version of what I tried to say coming from an artist of Cameron's caliber. I think it's pretty accurate to say that, with the exception of JH Williams, Quitely is easily the most talented artist working for the Big 2. Your enjoyment and mileage may vary but his objective quality is undeniable and I thank the comic gods every time I see his work that we're lucky enough to have someone like him around.

And like I wrote on another forum regarding Cameron mentioning Quietely, Quietly is great when it comes to storytelling. There's no doubt about that. But it should be possible to do the same thing without having people look like 60 year old piles of mashed potatoes or (when he draws small character) bad versions of the "Where's Waldo" books.

Also, another thing I want to add about why Frank Quitely is God, is that clothes/outfits look like they're actually being worn. By real people. There are wrinkles and ripples and you can clearly see the indention of muscles or fat on people.

Other then his ability to make a story really flow from page to page,he along with Morrison have the ability to turn fans into insulting overly pretentious blow hards.
