Question Killing joke question

What is the difference between the hardcover/trade paper back of this story and the actual comic book itself? Im looking
to pick this up and dont want to miss anything thats in the trade if theres a difference.

The hardcover version of The Killing Joke-- The "Deluxe Edition"-- has been completely recolored. It doesn't look at all like the original version in that aspect.

I'd pick it up solely for the differences that the change in art give the story.
