Final Crisis is currently in Hardcover form only.
For current continuity
Batman and Son
Black Glove
RIP
(you can skip Final Crisis, just know that Bruce Wayne got hit with the Omega Beam and what it did to him and where is placed him in time is up in the air)
Battle for the Cowl comes out in about a month in trade form.

Then for the current Bat-titles go with Batman and Robin and Streets of Gotham. Detective is good, but if you don't know who Batwoman is then you won't find it appealing. Gotham City Sirens is good too b/c it is written by Paul Dini who also was one of the writers on Batman: Animated Series and he is also writing both Streets of Gotham. Red Robin is Tim Drake's tell post RIP & Battle for the Cowl and it looks like Ras Al Ghul will be in it. Batman is iffy, Winick is on seemingly as a temp, then Tony Daniels comes back as writer/artist.

Has there been an issue with Batman and Robin ?

Where is the story going ? If i didnt like RIP will the new story be to my taste?

Streets of Gotham is a given for me.

But i wanted to read the main Batman book too.

Another question about all of this. Is this series any good?
This one feels like one of those books based on a cartoon series, except it's not. I like it because it seems to be good, lighthearted fun, so it's a nice break in the midst of all the tension and angst in the other titles.

The art put me off so much that i wont go near Sirens again.

Plus you dont need 10 Bat books unless you are a sucker that DC dreams about.

In the midst of all of these new comics i think that im just going to have to start reading five of them lol. Batman, Batman & Robin, Red Robin, Streets of Gotham, and Gotham City Sirens lol.

I'm only reading four, and I'm having no trouble following the story. Batman, Batman and Robin, Batman: Streets of Gotham, and Red Robin.

I just dropped Batman from my pull list. I'll be getting it in TPB/HC form. The only Batman book I am bothering with right now, until Bruce Wayne returns, is Batman and Robin.

I'd say the best at the moment are Batman & Robin and Detective Comics.

Another question about all of this. Is this series any good? I read some stuff on DC Univerise and it sounds good but i would like some input from some Batman Pros
It's really hard to make a definitive judgment based on the single issue that's appeared to date. It does seem to be a more light hearted book, as some have mentioned. A number of people have said they don't care for the art. But again, there's only been one issue so far.

I'm not sure what you're asking relative to B&R. There have been two issues released to date. I didn't like RIP myself, but I'm loving this so far. And many others have said the same thing. It's a very different kind of story.

Top Three, IMO:

Batman & Robin
Detective
Red Robin

Nice part is, that covers everything important going on with Batman at this moment.

Thats what i was asking where B&R was going after RIP. I wanted to read Dick as Batman and the others but i wasnt sure what type of story it was.
