I read the DC Solicitations - and I kept asking myself, "Which Batman are they talking about?"
Yes, with the main Bat-books it's obviously Dick -- but what about the Batman Confidential? And Batman appearing in Brave and the Bold? And Superman/Batman? I like that Dick doesn't have a flashy new costume - as it would detract from him being Batman for longer - but shouldn't DC realize that, other than the slimmer belt, we can't tell them both apart?

Superman/Batman is out of continuity, and is Bruce. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's the same with Confidential.

Superman/Batman, Confidential, BB and various mini-series and one-shots are Bruce Wayne. The main Bat books feature Dick Grayson. To identify between them, when it is Bruce, he is wearing the Frank Miller utility belt. When it is Dick Grayson, it's the utility belt with the bats on it.

If I remember correctly, Confidential is set within continuity, but early on in Bruce's run as Batman.
