I don't see it that way. I thought the story did an excellent job of showing why Batman IS Bruce. It's the unique creation of one man's will and not a legacy-type character at all IMO.
It was also good at showing why Dick not so much COULDN'T, but didn't WANT to be Batman. 8 out of 10. |
