The trades don't collect everything, but:

1. In the Line of Duty (1-5)
2. Half a Life (6-10, and some shorts)
3. Unresolved Targets (12-15, 19-22)
4. The Quick and the Dead (23-25, 28-31)
5. Dead Robin (33-40)

Personally, I'd wait for the hardcovers. There will be four, each with ten issues, collecting the entire series.

I have the trades and hated myself for it. A bunch of issues and full blown story arcs don't make their way into any of the five trades so I'd buy the single issues even if it's going to be more money.

it's a shame because the missing issues all feature women promintently and are pretty self contained. They are stories featuring Huntress, Catwoman and Poison Ivy with the standout being the one where Stacy writes a letter to her friend about working fo the GCPD and having a crush on Batman. and they total about eight issues combined.....so you have to wonder why they don't release them all together with a title like 'Women in Heat' or something

If anyone has yet to do so, pick up Two Face Year One if you liked Gotham Central and feel like another hit. it's almost an MCU Year One as well

.
