It collects three graphic novels: Batman & Dracula: Red Rain, Batman: Bloodstorm, & Batman: Crimson Mist. I've got all three.
Personally, I like them all, but found the quality to go downhill from the first one. Red Rain is great, Bloodstorm is pretty good, and Crimson Mist is tolerable. Plus, with the return of the multiverse to DC, this particular Earth is actually a part of it, and the Vampire Batman has popped up in a few Countdown spin-offs. I'd say pick it up. |

I agree generally with the above though the quality was more different than downhill. Kelly Jones has lent toward a more cartoon style (than usual) in Crimson Mist, though in my mind it's more a horror book than a Bat book.
Also bear in mind these are elseworlds and you can do anything in them.

I might be in the minority here, but I thinkg the first two are quite weak. Kelly Jones works better for me on books like Sandman and Doug Moench is a writer whose rarely more than mediocre.

I'd agree with the first reply. I thought Red Rain was brilliant and was perfectly written and presented to fit the story. I really enjoyed the second part and the third was an enjoyable enough read if somewhat throw away. Given that all three are available for a decent price as a collection, I'd say pick it up. It's worth the price for Red Rain alone.

I would say the last one is the best, but they are all decently enjoyable. Kelley Jones has too cartoony of a style to make it creepy, and sometimes it looks downright bad. His women are weird looking.
