Question Anyone ever read a comic book w/ Batman having a birthday? How's it written & drawn?

Has anyone read a comic book whether in the pages of Batman or Detective Comics, or other comic books like Justice League, etc. Let us know the issue number and who the creative team was. Thanks.

How was it written and drawn ? How did Batman react to it ? How about his reaction as Bruce.

I am just curious as I have never come across one before, and just wanted to know how the DC editorial board would have wanted it to go down on paper.

IIRC, there was a really cool one with Alfred in a Batman Black & White story.

I can't remember where it was, though. I'd think it would be collected in the first TPB for Batman Black and White, though.

Not Batman, but I have seen one with Elongated Man.

It wasn't exactly a joyous occassion though...

Actually, before Identity Crisis screwed the pooch, Ralph's birthday was a recurring theme. Every so often they'd do an issue where Sue would create an elaborate mystery for Ralph to solve for his birthday. I remember one where various members of the League(Giffen/DeMatteis version) were in on the act after Sue seemingly was kidnapped. When Sue disappeared from the hotel room they were staying, Ralph wrote a quick note and handed it to a bellboy. End of the issue, the bellboy handed the letter to Sue. It read: "Dear Sue, next time you have J'onn impersonate you, remind him that you're not left-handed."

Batman #400, "Ressurection Night" involved Batman's b-day, but was definitely not a happy occasion; Ra's Al Ghul arranged to blow open both Blackgate Prison and Arkham, releasing all of Batman's villains, half of whom ended up working with Ra's on his latest plot to bring down Batman. IIRC, both Selina Kyle and Talia ended up siding with Batman on this one. The issue was an artists jam, with pages by everyone from Art Adams to Bill Sienkiewicz to Brian Bolland, plus an essay on Batman by Stephen King.
