With DC tying the WildStorm universe more closely to the DC Multiverse as Earth-50, I've decided I need to start adding Wildstorm-based speedsters to my site. There's only one problem: I don't know where to look.
I know about Surge from Countdown...Ray Palmer: Wildstorm, and I picked up the book today. Has he appeared before? I also found some references to Jet a.k.a. Crimson a.k.a. Backlash, and found the Wikipedia article. Does she have an origin story issue somewhere? Anyway, that's basically all I've found. Are there any other WildStorm speedsters running around? (pun not intended) Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure you won't find much of a history with Jodi Slayton. There will be much more on her father. She's kind of relegated to daughter of legendary soldier status. It's where she gets her powers from, and quite literally her sense of identity.
She may be mentioned in the last Team 7 arc or in Gen12, but I'll bet dollars to donuts her first real appearance is somewhere in the middle of Backlash's solo title. You know, I can't possibly think of any other pure speedsters other than Jodi. Jenny Sparks pretty much was electricity, so I'd have to think a decent speed would be in her bag of tricks. Majestic and Apollo pretty much have Supermans powers, so they've got fair speed levels as well. But Other than that...... ......unless there was someone in Wildcore, Divine Right or GenActive (the WS titles I haven't read), I REALLY can't think of any.

Wildstorm speedsters apart from Jet/Crimson/Backlash II (girl needs to stick with a name) and Surge (he was the Vatican speedster, right?), will mostly be one-issue characters.
Impetus was the Flash-analogue in Apollo and Midnighter's original Stormwatch group, modelled after the JLA. Speaking of which Midnighter himself also has a decent amount of superspeed. Swift, from Stormwatch/The Authority is also faster than a regular winged flyer usually is. Scarlet from the Establishment was stated to have low levels of superspeed, but I can't really remember any real feats by her.

The High was also a Superman analogue. He appeared in one of Ellis's Stormwatch stories. I don't remember if he specifically displayed superspeed but he almost certainly had it in his repertoire.

There's also Slapjack and his granddaughter Ajita(Leona Terrell) from "Welcome to Tranquility." Both are speedsters.

One of the teachers in the Intimates was also a speedster (the counselor IIRC). I'm searching for his name right now.

There was a speedster in Stormwatch: Team Achilles but he was in only one or two issues and I don't remember his name.

Also, Jakita Wagner from Planetary is pretty fast. John Stone as well, though he uses a special suit for that, and it isn't exactly speed.

Still awesome. I love how he leaves the bar with it.
