That's true, but I think that this is just showing that it's a more fluid transition now between Sentry and Void. Just like earlier in the issue where Norman tells the void he wants Bob - the transition is quick. As you've said many times, they are one in the same. It seems more like he transformed because he freaked out, not because he tried to. It's hard to say exactly, because there's only so many times we've seen the Sentry "void out," but up until now we've never (that I know of) seen Sentry with black text and crazy shapeshifting-ness.

Can someone seriously explain to me how you can use the phrase "With the power of one millions exploding suns" can be used to describe a character's power and they NOT be too powerful? But, also, can someone please help me understand how ANYONE can have the power of one million exploding suns?

Meh, the Sentry is still a mess. He's on my list of Marvel characters that I endure because I have to but just don't like them. Just like Vulcan, Shadow King, and the Sphinx.

Didn't Void save Lindy back in Mighty Avengers and seem sympathetic to her? It just seems like nothing makes sense when it comes to Sentry/Void.
