    Default Live Action She-Hulk

What do you think the chances of a live action She-Hulk succeeding on either the big screen or on television are?

For those of you who don't think it would work, what would be your suggestions on how to best sell the idea? (T&A not being the only answer...)

TV's a better bet. And I'd go with the tone of Dan Slott's current series. A shy lawyer chick who happens to be able to become a kick-ass wild green girl, not the other way round.
More T&A and Byrne-esque is the only way I can see a movie going, and that'd either blow or be awesome, but the latter isn't likely.

Do you think that Hulk 2 would be ok if She-Hulk was introduced?

Although I was one of the minority that pretty much loves the Hulk movie to death, I agree that it could have been drastically improved by the presence of a 7-foot-tall green amazon with a dynamite set of curves and a personality to match.

I think they should keep the Ang Lee comic-panel editing type thing, just to She-Hulk can do some 4th-wall breaking.

Someone get Lucy Lawless on the phone.

although lately she been more She Hulk

The promblem is getting a She Hulk girl to play She Hulk..who is funny enough let wont look UBER stupit painted in Green for an the WHOLE SEASON. I imagine after a while it may look goofy. Then again they may be going for tongue and cheek.

Live action would never work, you couldn't sell the idea to anybody but Fox. Just a terrible idea.

I think they should just adapt Dan Slott's first 12 She_Hulk issues and turn them into movies ala Sin City. Though I guess some things in the book that reference Marvel conitnuity would have to be cut.

I would love to see the story with Spiderman suing Jonah Jameson in a movie.

Actually a fair point. She-Hulk isn't so distinct from Jen that two different actresses could play it, a la the Bixby Hulk series, but CG would never cut it on TV budget restrictions, and would have to be truly awesome in a movie, which wouldn't happen. See Catwoman for why.

I don't know. If Wonder Woman is successful Marvel may be looking to cash in on their female powerhouse as well.

I may be mis-remembering this, but wasn't there an episode of Jenny McCarthy's now cancelled show where she turned into She-Hulk?

I kinda thought having Jen Walters in a second movie would be a natural move. Have her cousin who she rarely see show up at her door. She takes him in for a while. Eventually gets in cocntact with betty. Somehow or other,Jen gets hurt, and get's a blood transfusion from her brother.

I'm with you all the way, except the Lucy Lawless part. They need to find someone else to play the part. She doesn't have to be huge, since they can make her seem bigger than she really is.

I too loved Ang Lee's Hulk. I also loved the comic panel style he used.

You kiddin'? There's no room in the Sci-Fi Productions budget for green lipstick!

And man, those pics of Brigitte were many a drink and smoke ago.

it's funny how she's only vaguely green. she looks more like Elvira than She-hulk.
