There was this one episode of the original Jonny Quest cartoon featuring a cackling Nazi war criminal flying an old WWI biplane, while throwing potato masher grenades at the good guys as they tried to flee down a steep mountain path. The Nazi tosses this one grenade that accidentally lodges in one of his wings and then blows it off, sending him spiraling down to his doom. The best part is the comment from calm, civilized, educated Doctor Quest, who tells his son and young friend, "That was a terrible way to go boys, but he deserved to die." Yeah! Most awesome moment of Saturday morning cartoon ever.
