The way Rutger Hauer's character (Randall) killed Gene Simmons character (Malak) in "Wanted Dead or Alive" is freaking epic. He stuffs a hand grenade into Gene's mouth and leads him by the pin out to the feds.
Randall: "Less than a week and still alive. You owe some money."
Fed: "Where do I send the check?"
Randall: "Send the $250,000 to the widow of Detective Sargeant Danny Quintz. The bonus I'll pick up myself."
*looks at Malak*
Randall: "F%^& the bonus!"

Although Vinland Saga doesn't exactly have a villain per say thanks to the fact nearly everyone has a rather grey and gray morality, I found Thorkell's debut scene of throwing a boulder at Floki's boat just after shutting down his offer to go back to the Danes a tad worth it cause of what Floki put Thors through (what with threatening the guy to go back to combat while planning his death to boot).

Dio Brando getting punched to pieces by Star Platinum and Jotaro Kujo after tracking him down to Egypt. This one was especially deserving considering everything that Dio has done in his 100 year feud with the Jostar family.
