Default Marvel Double-sized annual 1985 SpiderMan 1st issue.

SpiderMan is in the black outfit.

I was just wondering if it was worth any value these days, its in mint condition in the plastic sleve that i purchased it in, searching around the net didn't answer my question so i was hoping to get one here thanks.

I was 14 when this book came out and for some reason I remember exactly where I was when I saw it. Probably because I never bought it and the price shot up sky high after it was released.
If I'm not mistaken "Web of Spider-Man" was the third Spidey title after "Amazing" and "Spectacuar". Plus the Black costume was so hot, Marvel had to put this book out.

    Correctimundo.

If one confines the term 'Spidey title' to 'solo non-reprint Spidey titles' i. e. discounting Marvel Tales and Marvel Team-Up, the latter of which was replaced by Web of Spider-Man.

    no kidding.

Get the second WoS annual, that at least had Art Adams artwork in it!
Comics still reading: Saga, Sixth Gun, Walking Dead, All New X-Men, Daredevil, Fury MAX. DC New 52 isn't the worth the paper its printed on...
