Default Batgirl vs the Orcish (Uru-hai) Horde at Isengard II: Resurrection

Same scenario as the first. Batgirl is placed in Isengard along with the 10,000 Orcs. Can she defeat all of them? If not, how long can she survive?

    *EDIT*

While most of them are fighting Batgirl, a few, lets say 100, of the the Horde will be working on increasing their numbers. 15 new Uruk-hai every hour. In order stop the reproduction Batgirl must kill the 100 special Uruk-hai that maintain it.

They'll never find her, and one by one will die.

    Will take some time though.

She isn't that good. Not at all. She doesn't have the super speed and strength like Kenshin, Saito, Aoshi, and Hiko does to take out multiple Uruk-hai at once. She doesn't have the damage soak and strength of Sanosuke. She takes a lot down(maybe around a hundred if her agility is used to full effect), but eventually she gets swamped by the numbers.

Dude. It's not like this is an arena fight. There's plenty of Isengard for her to play in. She'll vanish and go into backstabbing mode.

*Vanish*? In a lighted arena? There are too many Uruks for her to take down, plus she has to worry about the Dunlendings.

Edit: ANd even at Helm's Deep, she cannot hide from the superior smelling ability of the Uruks(they are like bloodhounds). Plus, Saruman can help out too.

Are you actually reading any of this, or do you just guess what people post?

THIS ISN'T AN ARENA FIGHT. It's a scenario fight where Batgirl has a giant tower, a courtyard and massive underground caves as her playground.

Which means that no, they will not find her. Stealth is her specialty, second only to combat.

And stop adding people into the fight. There is no Saruman, just ten thousand orcs.

    No Saruman, just the 10,000

    .................................................. ........why?
    The Lion banner sways and falls in the horror-haunted gloom;
A scarlet Dragon rustles by, borne on winds of doom.
In heaps the shining horsemen lie, where the thrusting lances break,
And deep in the haunted mountains, the lost, black gods awake.
Dead hands grope in the shadows, the stars turn pale with fright,
For this is the Dragon's Hour, the triumph of Fear and Night.

Alot of time passed and Batgirl has probably grown stronger and has more skill. It should be a decisive match

Well despite having invoked the Batgirl kills them all response on one or two occasions I was not privy to the original thread. Seriously speaking if she's dropped in the middle she dies, too many of them. Either she suffocates under the mound of corpses she makes or gets hit by a stray sword. If she's dropped on the outskirts she's ale to play Guerilla, taking out stragglers and even small groups at a time. While she'd never be able to take all of them, and probably wouldn't even make a sizeable difference, she'll rack up a decent number of kills.

I find it highly suspect that Cassandra "mobs of fifty armed thugs are barely a moment's distraction to me, and when the entire underworld of Bludhaven ambushes me at Penguin's, my escape plan is 'let's just kick all of their asses', and that's when I'm still holding back and trying not to kill anybody" Cain would fail to "make a sizeable difference".

Let's face it, an arena fight with a hundred orcs against her is a 10/10 curbstomp in her favor. The only chance the orcs have is to move in search patrols of about five hundred plus, and even then she should be able to dart in, take a few, and disappear again before she's even seen. And even if she was somehow simultaneously spotted by every single one of the orcs at the same time, she could still just retreat and vanish again rather easily.

'Cause she's That Damn Good and You Can't See Her and Batgirl Thumbs Up, Batgirl Thumbs Down and so on.

She might get lucky and take a couple out from a hiding place, but Orcs have some powerful senses, especially at night so she won't stay hidden long. As soon as she's spotted she'd be toast.

Yeah, that's why Frodo and Sam were spotted by the giant army of them marching right past them in Mordor.

    No, wait-

    *sigh*

Uruk-Hai have no bloodhound ability. Yes, we all know the scene of the guy stopping and holding up his hand on the march to Isengard in Two Towers.

But it was deceptive editing. If you watch the /extended/ version, you'll see the rest of that scene -- specifically, the fact that he didn't stop and raise his hand because he scented man-flesh, but because they'd just run into a bunch of Misty Mountains orcs. (In case you were wondering where the small weedy orcs suddenly came from, as they weren't with the Uruk-Hai in the assault on Amon Hen.)

So, your alleged super-trackers can't even notice fellow orcs until they almost literally trip over them. Seriously. Watch the extended DVD.

    Other "Uruk-Hai don't have super-senses" moments:

    * Not finding Frodo as he hides in the weeds on Amon Hen, instead charging right after the Merry & Pippin diversion.

    * Legolas & Gimli surprising the Uruk-Hai attacking Aragorn when they charge in to bail him out.

    * Boromir, likewise, catching the Uruks menacing Merry & Pippin totally off-guard with /his/ run-in.

    * The Uruk-Hai besieging Helm's Deep not noticing Aragorn & Gimli sneaking out the secret door, until after Aragorn literally throws Gimli into their faces.

With all of these moments down, the one moment where the guy goes 'man-flesh!' is an obvious SM-vs-FL. And that's *before* we figure in the deceptive editing of the cut version.

Urak's aren't dumb. As time goes by and small groups of them keep disappearing I highly doubt the Urak captains are just going to say "oh, darn, wonder what that is."

Cassandra is good, but with 10k orcs looking for her she won't win. She has to sleep, and eventually the parties will be too big for her to take down immediately, and all it takes is one lucky shot to incapacitate her and finish it.
