Default What if the animated JLU tried to recruit them?

Just for this thread, lets assume that all of these characters actually exist in the animated DCU regardless of how it defies logic. So, what if the JLU tried to recruit these characters? Could they be convinced? And assuming that they were somehow coerced into joining, how would they fit in (and we'll assume that all other obligations and relationships magically disappear, since the leaguers don't seem to have much life outside of the league)? Feel free to add characters:

Ranma Saotome (Any attempts by league magic users to cure his curse result in the usual comedic disappointments)
    Peter Parker
    Ness
    Mihoshi
    Sonic the Hedgehog
    Megaman
Megaman X (with all X3 enhancements)
    Mr. Fantastic
    The Thing
    Sue Storm
    The Human Torch
    Wolverine
    Fei Fong Wong
    Rogue

The characters are inserted shortly after Green Arrow was recruited.

Wolverine: *pulls out his walet and starts flipping though ID cards* Says here I'm a member of the X-men Blue team, X-men Gold team, X-men "we don't have a color for our name" team, Avengers, Alpha Flight, The New Fantastic Four, The Defenders, The Legion of Short Hairy Canadians, Youngblood, The Teen Titans, Voltron Force, and Miss Kabendash's Eith grade dance troupe.... So, Yeah. I can fit you in. Just two things. One, I'm not chaning my name to Wolverine Man and Two, I don't wear a cape.

I can see Spiderman joining the team. He'd move up in the ranks pretty quickly too.

The Fantastic Four would also join en masse. They'd keep the Baxter Building and convert it into a JLA base probably. Reed might get a seat at the conference table.

    I'll add:

    Kino Makoto (Sailor Jupiter)

    Kinomoto Sakura (Cardcaptor Sakura)

    Domon Kasshu (G Gundam)

    Chibodee Crockett (G Gundam)

    Mizuno Ami (Sailor Mercury)

    Kuririn(Saiyan Saga)
Luke Skywalker(Post-Return of the Jedi to Jedi Knight)
    Revan(Light Side)
    Kenshin Himura(Post-Kyoto)

Goku's willingness to kill bad guys could be an issue, but I don't think he'd have any problems if they just told him not to kill. However, there could be a bit of awkwardness if they just assume that he follows their philosophy. I could see Batman and Superman taking issue with his general attitude (he's not doing it for any greater good; he just likes to fight, but is a generally nice guy).

Goku also fights to protect others. Threatening innocents is generally a good way to piss him off. His son, who doesn't differ too much from him morally, ended up a superhero, so keep that in mind.

But no way does Goku start wearing a costume.

ness would probably join but the other fated four will have to join as well. soon the rest of league realized how damn powerful ness is and try to take him. the four then start beating the crap out of them all.

Goku basically fits in like pre-crisis karate kid did. He was a good guy who just loved a good fight as well. Batman hates him though, and MM keeps getting angry when Goku keeps forgetting and calling him Piccolo.

Kenshin's unwillingness to kill, reasonable power level, and devotion to helping others make him fit right in. He'd probably be pretty well respected power wise too. In the JLU, bullerttimers with his skill level aren't that common.

Wolverine joins, just like he joines every other damn group. Then they kick him off and arrest him for killing people.

Spiderman doesn't join full-time, but he does ally himself with them and generally gets along well with the group.

Ranma is basically like a lower-powered Goku with a bigger ego, and gets treated as such. He doesn't join though, because of the ego thing and because he's not a superhero in any real sense. He coexists with them quite well though.

the Fantastic Four join and fit in perfectly. Batman resents Reed, but no one cares because Reed's smarter and less of a dick.

Sonic and Flash immediately dislike each other, and due to Flash's position as a founding member, Sonic never joins.

Yeah, but he's not actively attempting to be a superhero. When something endangers the people he cares about, he'll fight it (though he often seems more excited about the fight), but he's not going on global patrol, or putting criminals in jail or anything like that. He's the textbook definition of neutral/good. Of course, being part of the JLU means that he now will be taking an active role as a superhero, but that wasn't really my point. I just think that there may be some sparks when he starts getting excited about things that are causing the league problems.

I think that both Batman and Superman will believe that his attitude is dangerous, and possibly be a little edgy about it. Of course, it's hard not to get along with Goku (though getting irritated with him isn't too tough).

Peter joins, Batman immediately dislikes his wise cracking attitude but he takes it with stride.

Mihoshi destroys everything some how. League too nice to dump her.

MegamanX fits in quite well, however several members fear his growing power and wonder if he will become like Amazo 2

Angel, Marv, and Magneto would all get kicked out as they kill people right and left.

I think Ranma could probably be convinced to join, especially in a world where his power is actually needed. The best way would be if something actually happened to show him just that, like with Green Arrow's recruitment. However, the promise of league wizards looking into his curse would probably be pretty tempting too (though, like I said originally, anything they tried would fail).

Living around them would probably push him to greater heights in his training, and the constant battles with diverse foes would definitely have him creating new techniques all the time.
