Favorites: Alpha Flight

It's time for another round of favorites. This time about Alpha Flight.

I do not count-in the 2nd or the all new, all different team, Gamma or Beta Flight. It would me much more than 10 to choose from. So I picked the 10 most appearing characters.

The question is: Who is your favorite Alpha Flight member?

For some reason I always liked the Vindicator character. Heather proved herself over a period of time to be even more effective a leader and and administrator than her husband. She successfully led the group through a number of very potentially disastrous missions. I kind of feel she was robbed once James returned. And now she's a mom and all...

I had a hard time choosing between Snowbird and Aurora. Both are what kept me anticipating each issue back in the day. In the end I went with my first love: Snowbird :D I thought she had the coolest look and powers.

Okay seriously though, Snowbird. The fact that she takes on the persona of the animal she morphs into is really cool, much more interesting than just a "standard" metamorph

I voted Northstar. But I liked the Seagle AF alot too. Murmur and Flex in particular. I'd love to see those two return. Especially as Flex was supposed to be Wolvie's kid.

I love the original Alpha Flight: Guardian, Shaman, Snowbird, Sasquatch, Norstar, Aurora plus Marrina, Puck, Talisman, Box, & Vindictator, but my most favorite is Snowbird.
