Emma sounds more like Jean here in Magneto's world.
Also sounds like she's some sort of counselor.....she's going to see "that Richard's boy". Guess that the FF won't be taking part in HOM.

Scott sure is supportive. "Take a "you" day". lol....

Mary Jane Watson, America's Sweetheart....loved that.Yet I'm wondering, if humans are supposed to be lower class in this world, why is MJ America's sweetheart? :)

i suppose, somehow, that we have learned there is a limit to Wanda's "woogie powers". She may be limited to terrestial scope. As a cosmic avatar, she may not have been able to pull Jean out of the White Hot Room, but instead changed Emma's personality to match Jeans.

Seems to me that Emma became a bitch after her school type stuff. So she wouldnt necessarily want to be. And with things like the hellfire club assumingly out of function and her avoiding such places she seems to have avoid the personality. Who knows, maybe she had a good family life.

As for Cyclops wanting jean? Nah. He chose Emma over Jean. Thats the flavor of Kool-aid he prefers. If presented with a choice between Emma and Jean he choses Emma.

Also i dont seem to like class destinction but i suppose that has something to do with the book. Outside of who he felt should be running the show Magneto, written correctly and not bonkers seems to not really care. Perhaps this is simply a society reflecting the leaders or whatever.

I am curious as to why Cyke is rocking those glasses though.

I disagree. I know in Endsong, Scott says he chose Emma, but that makes No Sense Whatsoever. When Jean is killed by Xorneto. Scott, knowing she is mortally wounded, tells her he'd made his choice. Is there any way you would tell a dying person that you were choosing her rival over her? And would Emma feel the same insecurities if, as a telepath, she knew she was first in his heart? He "chose" Emma with help from the Phoenix Force after Here Comes Tomorrow.

House of M springs from Astonishing X-Men, and Whedon has peppered the pages with indications that Mr. Summers still holds his first love dear to his heart.

It will be interesting if, as you point out, she isn't the snarky, insensitive, sarcastic person she was after a life in the Hellfire Club. If her real wish after all was to be a good person like Jean.

Maybe she could ruin Magneto's plans... and after all we know Scott and Emma do love it each other now so it makes sense they'd be together.

What I'm wondering is, why does Scott still need classes? I thought being able to control his powers would be his dream.

From the cover of FF: HoM I thought other people would be the Fantastic Four and this pretty much confirms it

Well, House of M is a sort of restructuring of the 616 as is, so it seems reasonable that Jean's not around. And if Magneto has some sway over Wanda's power trip - I can see why he'd not want Reed Richards or Jean Grey or Charles Xavier around. They might screw things up.

And can we give Copiel some props for the art! I love it.
