do you mean Genis-vell or Monica? Genis took the marvel name from monica and now is has also called himself photon.

Don´t forget about Quasar who has managed to defeat a rogue Watcher all on his own. I say he can take Photon(Monica) and Hulk.
How he does against Thor, Sersi or Sentry I don´t know.
But he´s in the top five.

yeah he got it in maximuim security saga and had to leave earth incase it escaped from his body or something.poor guy. :(

and your right about him being powerful. during maximuim security the silversurfer wasn't strong enough to absorb ego but quasar managed it with little discomfort.sorry to keep bringing up ego.
