The two meet in a dark and imediatelly hate the other´s fashion sense.
There are things that go bump in the night, but which one of them gets bumped?
Assume that they´re both in-character and standard equipment applies.

Hellboy is too tough for a vampire.
Not is only tough but after Golden Army, too skilled.
I feel sorry for Blade now....
I checked out his speed in the duels...nowhere near good enough. If Nuada couldn't get past Hellboy's guard and durability, Blade sure as hell ain't.

I can't think of a way Blade can actually hurt Hellboy at all, but that may only be my memory of the first film being kinda fuzzy. I suspect he's bullet-proof, but I can't quite place why.
Would conventional silver bullets affect Hellboy? IIRC when Nuada stabbed him that had to do with the spear being a special metal, but it wasn't 'holy' or what have you.
Hellboys durability is only a little bit better than a regular humans. He could take instane amounts of damage, but he's far from bullet proof. If you need preoof of that, remember the scene he was knocked backwards into the glass wall thing? When he got up, there were at least twenty shards of glass sticking out of his back.
That said, hellboy wins.
