Default PREVIEW: Loki: Agent of Asgard, #1

    Old God - New Trickster!
Kid Loki's all grown up - and the God of Mischief is stronger, smarter, sexier and just plain sneakier than ever before. As Asgardia's one-man secret service, he's ready to lie, cheat, steal, bluff and snog his way through the twistiest, turniest and most treacherous missions the All-Mother can throw at him... starting with a heart-stopping heist on Avengers Tower - and the death of Thor! And that's just the beginning!
Would we lie to you? This is LOKI, true believer - we're lying to you RIGHT NOW!

    Agent of Asgard ?

They are getting kind of lazy with the titles.

Haha @ Loki in the shower like some kind of scene out of Twilight. Even if i'm not into guys it's nice to see it switched around for a change.

Will be passing on this even though it looks like it has potential, not really into Thor/Loki/mythical... unless it has some great supporting characters, like Amadeus Cho for example.

This will be reblogged thousands of times on Tumblr.

Gambit's first or second issue had a shower scene too. It's very nice seeing the tables turned though.

Also, is it a new thing for Marvel's $2.99 titles to be getting digital copies too? Not that I'm complaining. It'll be nice to see every Marvel comic come with them.

I'm surprised this title is $2.99, of all the new releases. Black Widow and Silver Surfer should've been $2.99.

    Honestly, I don't get Marvel's reasoning.
$3.99 IS TOO MUCH FOR A COMIC!

I'd be great to see Teen Loki eventually finding himself in the realm of the Taoist gods and matching wits with someone like Nezha. It'd be interesting to see Loki interact with another young trickster god . . .

Wow this looks GREAT. Ewing has a wonderful voice for the character and this is the nicest looking work I've seen from Garbett. Really like the lettering and coloring too. The whole thing is so character-focused and unique in personality, something that Marvel is excelling at right now.

I thought the Loki preview in the Point One issue stole the show there, and this looks even better. Totally sold.

One thing for sure, Marvel clearly knows their audience with this book.
Currently reading She-Hulk, Deadpool, Swamp Thing, Ms. Marvel

Probation: Ghost Rider, Loki: LoA, Secret Avengers

Looking forward to All-New Ultimates, Flash Gordon and Doctor Mirage.

If this gets enough publicity, it's going to sell like hot cakes.

With it being one of the few $2.99 books I'll definitely give #1 a try and just see from there.
