I gave Aquaman a try because I liked how Geoff Johns brought Hal Jordan back. I never liked how he was turned into a villain; and then, later killed off. I was just starting to like Hal's new Green Lantern book after COIE. I'll admit Barry could probably stay dead and I would be okay with that. He's like Uncle Ben and Gwen that way. I actually like Aquaman. I'm not sure about The Others yet. Kinda reminds me of The Outsiders, or Justice League of Atlantis. Hopefully it won't disintegrate into Hal's League...I might give it a try, just to see where it goes...

Haven't been big on "The Others" I did enjoy reading the annual but the team doesn't appeal much to me. I'm hoping this book changes that and I can't wait to pick it up.

I thought the Others were awesome when Geoff Johns introduced them. John Ostrander's stories with them were just okay, though. I have even less faith in Dan Jurgens. And I dropped Aquaman after Parker's first issue.

So a year ago I would have been all over this, but my feelings are pretty lukewarm today.

I'm not sure which new characters Jurgens is bringing onboard, but if Y'wara goes, I don't think I'll be far behind.

Judgments doesn't get enough credit, but, this doesn't excite me much for The Others.

    Just not feelin it.

The only thing I've ever enjoyed from Jurgens was his run on Thor, which was excellent. I'll still try the first issue but I don't have my hopes up, would much rather have Ostrander on this book.
