I'm not entirely sure why DC fans would want to read this even if it is well-written. The premise is bad fan-fiction.

So, what is the over/under on how many heroes will die from tripping over a randomly placed rock this go around?

Looking forward to picking this up tomorrow.

The writing for this series has been solid. I can't praise Tom Taylor's writing enough.

I know he's also writing Earth 2 now, but DC needs to see if he can find time to write a few stories for the other digital series "Adventures of Superman".

The most depressing part of this is that I know that Taylor's characterization of Hal will be 100x better than Vendetti's.

I'm guessing the GLC will bite the dust.

The writer turned the premise into a solid, character driven story and thats why it works.

You should read the actual book before complaining.

Injustice is one the best comics published right now, not just by DC, but in general. I really wanted Taylor to be the new Flash writer!

I'm not sure how this will be published. We have monthly digital and a monthly physical copy?

Like every other digital series, they publish a couple digital chapters, collect it in print the same month.

"Unlike Superman, who I find difficult to read as a fallen hero, Hal Jordan's descent seems more natural."

The only reason he says that is because of the Emerald Twilight/Parallax fiasco. That storyline was so forced, it was ridiculous. There was nothing "natural" about Hal's fall there. I do believe Taylor's depiction of Hal's fall will make more sense. Still, I don't know why many people today tend to look at Hal Jordan as a bad guy.

Because they grew up with Kyle?

Superman has become a brutal dictator like 8 times by now, whilst Hal has done it once. Neither has a spotless record but Superman wins this one by a landslide.

A person can't joke about a dumb plot point and not have read the book?

That doesn't make any sense. I grew up in the 90s too, should I look at a previous version of a character as a bad guy because of one 3-issue arc that made no sense whatsoever? Does that arc take away all the decades that Jordan was the main Lantern? It doesn't matter who you "grew up with" or whether you personally like a character or not, it makes no sense to look at someone like Hal Jordan as a villain.
