    Default PREVIEW: Superior Spider-Man, #26

The stage is set for the biggest Superior Spider-Man story of them all! And it starts right here in the Earth-shattering SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN #26, from blockbuster creators Dan Slott, Humberto Ramos, Javier Rodriguez, and Marcos Martin! Nobody has pushed Peter Parker harder than the Green Goblin. But as Spider-Man's greatest nemesis returns, will Otto Octavius be able to withstand the onslaught? Moving in the shadows, the Goblin and his army have prepared for war right under his very nose! And the first battle is upon them as the Green Goblin goes glider-to-glider with the original Hobgoblin! And only one of them is walking away...

Questions will be answered this January as the opening shot of Goblin Nation is fired in SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN #26. Trust us, you won't want to miss this one!

    Haha, I thought the same.

Only 1 of them walks away? Noooo, Kingsley! I hope Kingsley doesn't die for real this time, he's been cool to have around again.

    Well, a new 8-Ball anyway.

    Who's the furry guy?
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.

This is why I could never be trusted with a comic book. That's the sort of thing that would make me start killing characters off.

ZOMG WOLVERRIN SHOULD NOT BE IN HERE HE WAS KICKED OUT LAST WEEK!!!1!

Seriously though, this is ramping up to something good. Pretty excited. Hats off to Dan Slott. In this era of entertainment media consumers need stories like this to keep them on their toes. There are so many contrived, tried and true stories that could be told right now but put people on auto-pilot reading them. This is not one of them. One day soon Doctor Octopus will be revealed...and what the hell will happen then? Hell, what will happen once Peter comes back and how much damage will have been done to his name??!

Iron Man. Unlike everyone in that page who stupidly didn't notice the abnormal brain waves when they scanned Spider-Ock. Otto rightfully called them the "button pusher" Avengers and was thankful Stark was in space and Pym was too busy playing with his toys to conduct those tests.

So, wait, those little child Goblins are actually gonna be in battle?! Man, this calls for a really serious case of child labor/abuse/whathaveyou on Greenie's part.

First the mini-bots fighting each other and now we get to see Spider Goons vs Gobby Goons duke it out.

    Yes.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought that. Felt like every time Avengers show up in this series, it's just the (for no better term at the moment) people who aren't smart at all. Which is weird, since a lot of the avengers are smart. I doubt Slott will actually have Iron Man figure anything out though...
    DC/Marvel reader. Mostly Superman,Batman,X-Men,Avengers fan...guess I am a fan of most comics.
