    Default Avengers Assemble #21 *Preview*

Newsarama has an interview with KSD for the post-Infinity issues.

I'm so happy to see Anya again. It feels like it's been forever. I hope it touches briefly on the fact that Carol used to mentor her and does not remember anymore.
Currently reading She-Hulk, Deadpool, Swamp Thing, Ms. Marvel

Probation: Ghost Rider, Loki: LoA, Secret Avengers

Looking forward to All-New Ultimates, Flash Gordon and Doctor Mirage.

Don't see wings. I want to say Powerman but the color scheme is off a bit.

    I think it's just a coloring error.

Personally, had it been a story arc that featured Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, and Black Widow, I would have this book on my priority list to buy. Thus, I would have traded Spider-Girl for Superior Spider-Man.

Spider-Girl is here, that's awesome. I love her and wish that she got more to do, like be Carol's protégé in the CM series for instance.

I wonder if Spider Girl is joining The Avengers now? And I thought Superior Spider-Man was suspended...they finally let him back? And if so, why is he still hanging with the mighty avengers?
    DC/Marvel reader. Mostly Superman,Batman,X-Men,Avengers fan...guess I am a fan of most comics.

If they let him back, then the plot contrivances to keep that series going will become even more absurd. I'd like to see Anya join, she would add a fun dynamic to the team.

Considering the awkward "stare and look away" moment between Anya and "Spider-Man," I'm guessing this and the following issue might touch on Anya's reaction to the changes in Spider-Man's demeanor and character. After all, he was kind of her mentor/big brother figure just as Carol was, albeit as a mother figure in place of Spider-Man's big brother figure, and in that light, to be confronted by both of them acting so strangely distant from her would be a fairly harrowing thing for her to go through.
