Glad to know I called it.

Names and faces, can't remember connections.

As bad as I feel for Carol I'm interested where this will go post infinity. Will she go out and stay in space or will she leave the avengers?

I'm not sure she remembers them so much as she's been told who they are.

Man. Kelly really knows how to hit hard, doesn't she? That preview was rough. The art looks good. I'm hoping that helps bring some more readers, since Andrade's art seemed to turn a lot of people off (even if I loved it).

I've always liked Oliffe's work. It's alwyas been a bit of a surprise to me that he isn't busier/more in demand.

Haven't read Captain Marvel since issue 8, as I got bored of it there. But I'm required to pick up any book with Binary in it, so I will be picking up this issue. Though... please don't make Binary look like what she does on the cover. Can't we get the standard Binary head and a black and white version of the current costume? Would look amazing, in my opinion.

Damned... The more I need to drop Marvel Now titles, the more I add them on my pre-orders list...

    Is it serious, Doctor???

That will be my first Cap' Marvel comic book since... his death by Starlin, years and years ago. The only book for which I have cried a lot....

    I feel old, suddenly...
    2000 AD of course!!!

Looks pretty pointless, I liked avengers assemble 18, but I really don't see the need for 3 different POV's on the same storyline. Hickman's story was good enough.
    DC/Marvel reader. Mostly Superman,Batman,X-Men,Avengers fan...guess I am a fan of most comics.

While I agree to a point, I didn't like AA 18. This at least sounds like it's moving the story forward instead of the (inconsistent) runaround AA felt like.
Keaton always said, "I don't believe in God, but I'm afraid of him." Well I believe in God, and the only thing that scares me are people that think Final Crisis is good.

Hickman's story was simply showing what happened. As with basically everything else in Hickman's Avengers run so far, there was little real emotional connection to it. DeConnick is giving us the emotional investment that Hickman left out.

    Yeah.

If she wasn't in a crisis situation right now, I'd expect her to be
    pretty distraught over this.

She's alive but nothing in her life has any more meaning to her than
facts in a briefing. That is kinda hellish.

Its a damn good thing she isn't married.

    "Who's that?"

    "Your husband."

    "Oh... Hi?"
