Its between Batman and Robin: Batman Reborn and Batman and Robin: Must Die! for me. But really his entire Batman and Robin run was the highlight of his epic IMO.

    Batman:Rest.In.Purgatory. Pure, undiluted Lynchean Morrison.

"Batman & Son". With "Gothic" in a close second.

Really a toss up between Batman and Son or The Black Glove

    Batman & Robin Must Die.

There is nothing else he wrote that'll ever come remotely close to that story. This story arc would fall into my top 10 favorite arcs in Batman, but everything else he wrote wouldn't even be in the top 40.

This was actually really hard. It was between Black Glove, 666, and Must Die but I ended up voting for Must Die.

Return of Bruce Wayne for me, mostly because it was so unlike your typical Bat-story. Yeah, you have a hodgepodge of artists, some of whom did much, much better work than the others (Frazier Irving, especially), but overall, this is what renewed my interested in Morrison's Batman run after being thoroughly disappointed by RIP (another example of the fairly straightforward art missing the overall symbolism in the story).

My favorite isn't in the poll! It's the Mayhew Murder Mystery story...the one on that island, with the Batmen of All Nations.

    It's Batman: The Black Glove.

I agree with all this. I marginally prefer Batman Reborn to Must Die as it's the start of the former and for Quietly's art. Best story from the run non Batman and Robin, is The Black Glove. Rounding out my top five: Batman #666 in fourth place and Space Medicine (Batman #672-674) in fifth place. The latter seems to be underrated.

Ya I agree Space Medicine issues are very underrated. Michael Lane explaining to Batman that Doctor Hurt is the devil was one of the creepiest and coolest moments of the run.
