Ah crap. I didn't even notice it wasn't there.

Oh well. Hopefully Marvel has that creative team lined up for another book.

Fantastic Four by Jonathan Hickman Omnibus Vol 1

I'm really surprised that Avengers A.I. is only $2.99. Also, I feel really sorry for anyone who's trade waiting Guardians of the Galaxy. 3 issues, a .1 and an Infinite comic that was originally released free for $25. Wow.

I'm not surprised by this in the least. The book has zero big names attached. Humphries is still an up-and-comer and Arujao hasn't done much at Marvel either.

As for Guardians of the Galaxy, that Infinite Comic is 48 pages long. That it was released for free doesn't mean that Marvel shouldn't be able to recoup the costs of it - Bendis + 4 artists + letterer + colorist + editor.

This is actually some of his best work. As much as I hate to say it, it is growing on me.

It is either double-shipping or the introduction of tie-in mini-series like they used to in the past. I much, much, much prefer the current model. Keep the entire story self-contained in one book.
