Hooded Man (a.k.a., Old Man Logan)

Would be kind of cool if he came back after being killed as The Hooded Man for awhile. I thought that design was cool. No gloves (why would he even want them since he's always ripping his claws through them?) and no mask (which admittedly looks cook but serves no purpose since Logan has no secret identity).
Not sure about the hood, but I like the jacket. Ideally Wolverine shouldn't even wear a mask.

But it is interesting how Logan wearing brown and tan signifies when he's actually a good character.

The brown and tan is definitely better visually. It is approprate that Logan was more grounded with that earthy color scheme. I agree that the current nutso Logan in the brown and tan would damper its awesomeness.

That was written by Shooter, no offense. I loved Secret Wars even if I thought the X-Men were a bit villified.

This isn't Secret Wars. It's Captain America annual #8.

Cornell & Davis should bring back the B&T for their run on his solo.

Yeah, I agree with Filthy Mutie and Ingonyama, blue and gold used to signify when he was going off the rails, so it fits now, but when he comes back from the dead: Brown and tan costume / red flannel and cowboy boots.

Definitely. Or just color his current blue/yellow one brown/tan from here on out. It's not like the editors pay attention to consistency with regards to this character anyway. They probably won't even notice.

I agree on how he shouldn't wear a mask. I personally find his Ultimate/X-Treme look to be his best.
Holding out for a Peter/Miles team up.

We don't see the brown and tan because it could make him not look like an idiot.

The brown/tan one easily reminds us of D-Man.

In dog days, all we need is Frost.

With Wolverine being front-and-center as a shiny Avengers superhero, I doubt Marvel marketing wants him to be colored in drab colors like brown and tan. They need to stick with the blue and yellow to make him pop on the merchandise and look more kid-friendly.

(That being said, brown/tan is definitely my favorite Wolvie costume)
