    Who trips their own kid?
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

The portrayal of what goes on inside Deadpools head with Preston got a laugh out of me.

I had to laugh, too. I would have expected more strippers up in that noggin'.
Although . . . The preview reminds me of the Deathtrap issue with the teddy bear. He dressed Deadpool in a baby outfit to reflect his under-developed psyche. Looks like the same principle is happening here.

Cant wait for the second arc. Gerry, Brian, and the art team are making this book so bad ass. I'm so glad someone is portraying DP like he should be.

Default More Art from the Upcoming Arc

    Courtesy of Marvel:

Hawthorne's art is looking pretty good for this book. Hopefully Marvel ties him down to a long-term commitment. If not, I know a book or two at DC, I wouldn't mind him taking over.

If there's one complaint I have about Tony Moore's Deadpool, it's that he's kinda scrawny. I'm glad Hawthorne put some muscle on him.

Preston's son (I'm guessing) is a Super Mario fan. Good stuff.

Hawthorne's got a bunch of sketches and inked pages for upcoming issues on his blog.

    Mike Hawthorne Blog.

He's already done up through issue 10, so I don't think anyone should have to worry about delays.

You're not alone. I like Deadpool with a bit more brawn too, so as long as the artist avoids giving him the 'roided out porportions from his Leifield days. Moore is great artist, and he was a perfect fit for the Dead Presidents arc, but I have to say I'm more partial to Hawthorne's style.
    Looking forward to this!
