Well that was quick! Very cool idea, I look forward to reading it. This is one heck of a creative team, so I'm sure it'll be great. Too bad there's no plans for an eventual print run though.
I like Ultimate Comics. - Read them with us!

I also buy: Captain America, Avengers, FF, New Avengers, X-Factor, among others

I like the setting (a future where everyone has a secret identity) and the price(!), but not big on the format. Can I get this on my iPad?

If your iPad can read PDFs, I don't see why not.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

This is truly innovative and I hope the comics community really pays close attention to this experiment.

Ok. This looks great. However, in case that Marcos or Brian are reading this, I have a couple of questions:

First, I have already read the FAQ and it clearly says that there isn't any plans of publishing this in HardCover-TradePaperback-ThingICanPutInMyShelves format. Digital is great, the future of the medium and all that, but it's pretty intagible, almost just an idea. I hope I don't come along as rude, but guys, your work is a thing of beauty, something that deserves to exist outside Plato's cave... Could you reconsider?

Second, most pragmatical, question. I usually read Vaughan work in english, being as it is the language in which he writes, but Spanish is my first language and, on top of that, I also could read in Catalán. In which one do you think I should read the thing?

Well, I'm sorry if I have made some mistakes (like I implied before, English is not my first language). I'm just going to say that I'm very excited about this and I wish you a lot of success. You deserve it.
Saga, The Massive, Nowhere Men, Hawkeye, Mind MGMT, Skullkickers, Chew, Prophet, The Manhattan Projects, Fatale, New Avengers, East of West, Private Eye, The Goon, Conan the Barbarian, Astro City.

Is anyone else having the issue where you go to pay and it says "this recipient is currently unable to receive money."?

Yep. I tried to give them $2 for it, but got the error. I put in $0 and it let me download. Sucks for them, I bet they lose a lot on this mistake.

All that said, I think $2 was the perfect price to give them for this. That's the price point I think all day-and-date issues should be priced, with a drop to $1 after 3-12 months. If I really like this series, I might give them $3-4 for the subsequent issues since I like that all of the money is going directly to them to help them work on the rest of the issues.

For the record, the account is back up. But it says you can pay without making a PayPal account but it won't let me do that on my computer.

Well it worked for me so you can try to see if it works for you now. About the price point, I paid $1 because it is a digital book and that is the "right" price that I feel like paying.

    It says 32-pages.

For the record, it says you don't have to pay using PayPal but no where on the page does it give you that option. You can either login or create an account.

I've had issues with PayPal in the past so I wasn't really interested in using them to pay.
