Page two, the panels are a little too separated. Less space between the panels would look better. maybe even have them overlap here and there.
Page three, small comment on the clouds creatign a tangent (tangents are lines that appear to run across two panels when they aren't really supposed to).
Page 8 panel 6, great shading on the statue. Do more like that. Really pops.
Page 9: Great shot.
Page 10: careful with your perspective there. Make sure you get it absolutely right or people will notice. If you have trouble figuring out your perspectives download Google sketchup and roughly set up your scene in large blocks.
Page 11: Last panel. bodyproportions aren't quite correct. Lighting can be tough without knowing how light works exactly. You can have ambient light, main light, bounce lights, reflected lights. Ambient light is often diffuse and soft and coming from more than one direction, main lights usually have a clear source such as lamps, bounce light is the light that bounces off an object the main light hits and tend to be diffuse, reflected lights tend to be stronger than bounce lights and thus sharper. Light can be dispersed or refracted by atmospheric effects such as fog or water.
Light reacts differently to different materials and shapes it hits. It's well worth making a study of how light works under different circumstances.
Overall looking pretty good. You might make it even better if you varied your line thickness some. Gives things a little extra dimension.

As I figured I have a bit to learn, but hopefully the art is progressing. I have already dl'ed sketchup and put it to good use. It's also good for inspiration, when you are completely blank on how to compose the scene.
The lighting will probably take a little longer to master. But until then, here's another page.

And the last page for now. After a long and strenuous session of infodump, the characters have finally arrived to a bit of conflict. This is of course only a small break before another large chunk of useless data and information (or the thing we call "story") is to be submitted to the reader.
Page 17 - colored and a little smoked - and violent!
And now for a bit of action. This talk has been going on for quite a while. The protagonists have now been introduced and we need just a little more information before the end of this act.
