Which Lantern Corps would be strongest if they recruited from all over the omniverse?

IMO, I'd probably narrow it down to either the Red Lanterns, Orange Lanterns, or Sinestro Corps. Since many of the most powerful beings in fiction tend to have serious vendettas which fuel sudden increases in power, lust for power (which they may or may not of course obtain), or are so feared far and wide because they are that powerful.

Feats-wise, Sinestro Corps is going to beat most just by using people who have already been part of the Sinestro Corps, at a different stage of their careers.

Zero-Hour Parallax + CoIE Anti-Monitor + Time-Punching Superboy Prime is a pretty potent combo, even WITHOUT other fear-based beings from around the Omniverse.

Yeah, but then the winner adds the losers to their Corps as 'stolen identity' energy constructs. So it could still work.
