Colossus could get out of jail a few ways

One of the X men teams break him out be it X force or Cyke

or he meets with cap becomes an avengers & cap comes in and lets him go

or he could make a deal with satan like spiderman did lol

Well the first scan of Boom Boom comes from this comic and she just so happens to be jet skiiing a bit too close to The Raft. She's likely going to break him out.
