Nothing beats the anthem of "Battle of the Planets". It remains my favorite opening song to this day.

"Star Blazers" and "Speed Racer" also had a pretty cool opening songs too. Also, "The Wanderers" had one of the few english translation songs that was better than the original song, imho.

I second Rock the Dragon. I also admit that I loved all of 4kids' americanized Pokemon openings (and the subsequent ones made by Nintendo). They were pretty creative and catchy(shame that they couldn't give the same treatment to the other anime they licensed). I enjoyed the English version of Freckles from Rurouni Kenshin as well as the Tenchi Muyo/Universe openings and EDs that were dubbed into English. God, now I'm realizing just how much I appreciated 90's anime.

A good chunk of the Pokemon themes.

Also, I have a soft spot for the Monster Rancher theme, mostly because of how corny it is.

I forgot all about Monster Rancher! Yeah, now that was a truly fun and kickass theme song. The Digimon themes were also memorable.

I love that the theme to Star Blazers

is entirely composed to the original theme for Yamato.

It's both respectful of the source and catchy! :D

Funimation has done some absolutely GREAT work in translating the One Piece openings. I'm particularly fond of this one.

    Yes!

I loved this intro when I was a kid. I mean, the dub of Shaman King and the anime in general was fucking terrible but the intro was good enough that I'm glad that it happened.

I never actually watched an episode of Suzuka, but I did make a point of watching the OP whenever I came across it. The lyrics sound a bit Engrishy at points, but I'm pretty sure that the Japanese version actually had a Japanese theme song.

Fox Mr. Sinister (holding Rogue's chin): "So beautiful, yet so strong."

Fox Wolverine: "Well, I always did think I was kinda cute. Nice of you to mention it."
