Bendis has always been the best visual storytelling writer in the medium, having drawn thousands of pages himself. Now he and Oeming are going to show the world how digital comics are done!
so... the price of these???
I really like the idea of these, especially seeing as the point one issue only covered Quill getting back on the team. It also will hopefully allow us to jump right into the action once number 1 hits shelves.
The Drax one was alright. Can't wait to see what Groot has been up to, though I always just assumed that him and Rocket were just chillin' on some awesome buddy adventures.
So Bendis is going to retcon everybody?
If the rest are anything like the first, its more of what they were doing right before Quill reforms the guardians.
This is a good idea, plus Oeming artwork. I'm in.
Support titles that need supporting. Quit buying, reading and complaining about comics you don't enjoy.
Bendis has said that he's going to explain how Star Lord and Thanos got out of the Cancerverse, presumably he's also going to explain why Drax isn't dead. I hope so, at least. I think they're not starting the reintroduction of the team with that information because they are trying to be new reader friendly.
It was a fun read. I really like the format they use for these Infinite Comic comics.
And it's free, so can't beat that.
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!
If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.
