Dang. Well, I guess this means a lighter April then.

Is it because they are changing the roster?

This sure does reflect badly on Marvel. First the "flagship" title for NOW has been delayed and now this. This seems to point to the fact that Marvel didn't plan out NOW that good.

Someone related to one of the people working on this book passed away. This is the reason, so hopefully not too much hating will go on here. Pushing the launch back is the best option out of all that was discussed.

That is unfortunate news and a more than acceptable reason for a delay.
Currently reading She-Hulk, Deadpool, Swamp Thing, Ms. Marvel

Probation: Ghost Rider, Loki: LoA, Secret Avengers

Looking forward to All-New Ultimates, Flash Gordon and Doctor Mirage.

Also pushing back a book we don't have yet is nowhere near as bad as month to month delays

Even aside from that news (and my condolences to the person in question, by the way, however meaningless), there wouldn't actually be that much hating here, and no rational person really believes this reflects poorly on Marvel, etc.

In any case, thank you for stopping by and giving us information about it, which certainly wasn't required or expected.
