I'm not a fan of her version of Storm but as long as her role isn't as big as it was in X3, and I doubt it will be, it should be fine. Besides, even though I think there are better choices for Storm, with the point of this movie being time travel between the new cast and the old cast, it would be weird to recast her.

On that note, holy hell, the cast is huge. I hope this is going to be a near-three-hour epic. The story deserves it.

That would be the silver lining to letting Halle play the part, if that even happens. I love the marriage and I can't stand punk-Storm.

Seriously, is this movie going to be 3 hours, along with a 4 hour extended edition DVD?... cuz this cast is HUGE.

I can't help but think that a big chunk of the cast is going to be pushed off to the side with minor bits and throwaway dialogue. Interesting that we haven't really heard too much about the First Class side of the X-Men team... I'm wondering if we may open the film in 1973 with a chunk of that team either dead or no longer X-Men.

I don't think these two casts are going to be "uniting" so much as reacting to the same plotline going back-and-forth between time periods. I think the contact between the groups might very well be minimal.

I'm thinking Moira might not play a part. Her presence in X-Men: The Last Stand is really difficult to rectify with First Class, esp. given the age of the actress that appeared in the former film. Unless X3's Moira was not the same person as FC's Moira. Possible, but a big stretch.

I'm still curious to see how they bring back Patrick Stewart given his body-transferred state at the end of X3...
