I love 'em all, but Mister Miracle 1-10 and 18 are in my "favorite comics ever" category. And I also (unlike New Gods) enjoy the non-Kirby Mister Miracle. Steve Rude did a very nice one shot in the '80s, and the DeMatteis and Ian Gibson run from the '80s was quite fun. Also the three Mister Miracle Team-Ups in the Haney/Aparo Brave and the Bold are very good.
Nick Fury,
Marvel Masterworks Nick Fury comes out in paperback in 8 months!
Sub-Mariner
I really like the smarmy, smart-assed Golden and Atlas Era characterization of Subby, and think the Lee and Kirby revival is imperious, stuffy, and unfun - Although I've only read a handful of the post Tales to Astonish Sub-Mariner comics. Agreed that Super-Villain Team-Up is surprisingly solid, despite having, like, 114 different writers and 1,006 different artists on it's 19 issue run.
